One-Off Studios is a fast-growing eCommerce and digital marketing agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We manage TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid media for leading brands in the US and UAE. We’re building a specialist team to take our clients and our agency to the next level, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
About the Role
You will own the data and reporting engine across our eCommerce operations — pulling and cleaning performance data from TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces, building the dashboards and reports the team relies on, and digging into the numbers to explain what’s working, what isn’t, and why. You will work across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces, so a solid grounding in how eCommerce platforms operate is as important as your data skills. This is a role for someone who loves both the rigour of clean data and the storytelling that turns a spreadsheet into a decision.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces — GMV, units, conversion rate, traffic, ACOS, and content and LIVE performance
- Create and maintain dashboards that give the team and clients a clear, real-time view of how brands are performing
- Standardise reporting templates and automate recurring reports wherever possible
- Pull, consolidate, and clean performance data from TikTok Shop Seller Center and Compass, and from Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces where relevant
- Maintain clean master data — creator tagging, product mapping, campaign labelling — so every report stays accurate
- Build repeatable data workflows and reconcile numbers across sources so the team is always working from one source of truth
- Run creator and content performance analysis — attribution, cohort analysis, and trend tracking
- Measure the performance and ROI of campaigns, sampling, promo codes, and Flash Sales
- Analyse the funnel — impressions to views to clicks to orders — to pinpoint where there is room to grow
- Turn analysis into clear narratives — building decks and one-pagers that internal teams and clients can act on
- Partner with the affiliate, creator, and brand teams to define the metrics that matter
- Support data requests for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within an eCommerce or digital marketing context
- A genuine understanding of how eCommerce businesses operate — you know what GMV, sell-through, ACOS, and conversion mean in practice, not just in a spreadsheet
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, and comfort building clean models from messy data
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make, and comfort using AI tools like Claude to speed up reporting and analysis workflows
- A solid grasp of eCommerce and creator metrics — GMV, conversion, attribution, cohorts, CTR, ROI
- Sharp attention to detail — you don’t ship a number you haven’t sanity-checked
- Highly organised, able to manage recurring reporting across multiple brands without missing deadlines

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: Rs80,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
