Animal Doctor

Shaheen7stars is seeking a skilled and compassionate Animal Doctor with at least five years of experience specializing in large animals. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnostics, treatment, and emergency care for various animals. This role requires a deep understanding of veterinary medicine principles, expert diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The Animal Doctor will work closely with animal owners to ensure the health and well-being of their animals, applying sound medical judgment and using up-to-date veterinary techniques. The position is focused on providing individual veterinary care without managing a team. The Animal Doctor will maintain detailed medical records, perform routine and specialized procedures, and advise on animal health management and preventive care strategies. This role demands commitment to animal welfare, strong observational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with support staff as needed to facilitate excellent veterinary services.
Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose conditions affecting large animals, utilizing veterinary medicine principles and diagnostic tools.
• Provide emergency medical care to animals in urgent need, stabilizing their condition and administering appropriate treatments.
• Perform minor and major surgical procedures with precision and adherence to veterinary standards.
• Create treatment plans and manage ongoing health care for animals, including administering medications and therapies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each animal treated, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Educate animal owners on best practices for animal care, preventive measures, nutrition, and disease management.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operation of medical procedures and patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in veterinary medicine, diagnostic techniques, and treatments.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the animal care area to prevent disease spread and ensure a safe environment.
• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with local regulations regarding veterinary practice and animal welfare.
