Dermatologist (Aesthetic) Freelance

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate is a skilled, patient-focused practitioner who combines strong clinical dermatology knowledge with hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures. She will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin conditions, delivering aesthetic treatments, and ensuring every client receives safe, high-quality, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Perform and supervise aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including (but not limited to) Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin tightening, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client concerns and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and realistic expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control during all procedures.
• Keep accurate and confidential patient records, treatment notes, and consent documentation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, products, technologies, and best practices in clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Collaborate with the clinic team (nurses, technicians, front-desk, and management) to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
• Support clinic growth by maintaining strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS from a recognized institution (PMDC/PMC registered).
• Specialization / postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (e.g., FCPS, MD, Diploma in Dermatology, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working at an aesthetic clinic (prior aesthetic clinic experience is essential).
• Hands-on, demonstrable proficiency in aesthetic procedures the candidate must be able to independently perform injectables, peels, laser, and related treatments.
• Valid PMDC/PMC registration and any required licenses to practice.
