Responsibilities of Selected Consultant
The chosen consultant shall be responsible to lead interoperability implementations within the digital government ecosystem of Pakistan.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI).
- Interoperability implementation among the systems of the government.
- Adherence to national interoperability standards.
- Technical architecture and vendor solution review.
- API Governance and integration standards implementations.
- Integration of Digital identity and National Data Exchange Layer (NDEL).
- Enterprise Architecture implementation.
- Metadata standardization and API life cycle management.
- Interoperability Quality and compliance monitoring.
- Technical review and architecture assessment.
- Preparation of Technical Reports and Documentation.
Technical Duties
In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities of DPI and Interoperability Lead, there are also duties that include:
- Development of API-first architecture.
- Enterprise Integration Patterns Review.
- Middleware Integration Support.
- Authentication Support.
- OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect Implementations.

Qualifications Required
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Education up to 16 years) in:

Experience Requirements

Working Place
The consultant will be based at:

This is a consultancy role based on contract for the duration of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP).
The continuation of the job will depend on project needs and performance of the consultant.

Reporting Structure
