Mechanical Design Engineer Full Time

KeyMech Designs is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for its Wah Cantt Office. (New City-Phase 2 )
Timings: 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
Days: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize mechanical components.
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Perform material selection and stress analysis.
• Work with teams on design, prototyping, and manufacturing.
• Manage design documentation in ClickUp.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and costs.
• Support prototyping, testing, and improvements.
• Solve technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mechanical design (R&D, automation, IoT).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Knowledge of DFM, DFA, and GD&T.
• Experience in FEA/CFD simulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and prototyping.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sheet metal, plastic molding, machining.
• Experience in IoT enclosures and hardware.
• Hands-on vendor sourcing and coordination.
• Understanding of thermal and vibration analysis.
