The Role This is a remote position focused on supporting our SEO workflows. You will be responsible for conducting targeted online research and ensuring our internal databases and client spreadsheets are accurate and up-to-date. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large sets of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Research: Conduct manual searches to identify, verify, and categorize data points based on specific criteria provided by the project lead.
• Data Management: Populate and maintain Google Sheets/Docs with high precision.
• Quality Assurance: Audit existing datasets to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Reporting: Deliver organized, finished tasks according to established project timelines.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Google Sheets (formatting, basic formulas) and Google Docs.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize information from various online sources accurately.
• Reliability: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a remote, independent work environment.
• Infrastructure: A stable high-speed internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and reliable power backup (UPS, inverter, or generator) are mandatory.
• Equipment: Must have your own functional laptop or desktop.
