Full job description
We are looking for a hands-on Prompt Engineer to design, refine, and optimize prompts that drive effective AI outputs across conversational bots, automation systems, and business workflows. This role combines creativity, linguistic precision, and technical experimentation to ensure scalable and reliable AI deployments.
The ideal candidate understands both business processes and AI model behavior, and is able to translate use cases into structured prompts, templates, and interaction flows that maximize accuracy, efficiency, and usability
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & Conversational AI Design
- Design, write, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications (chatbots, outbound AI callbots, AI assistants).
- Structure multi-language prompts with proper flow control.
- Improve response accuracy, reduce latency, and handle fallback scenarios.
- Design objection handling, intent classification, and interaction outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing on prompts to optimize performance and engagement.
Workflow Automation & System Integration
- Design end-to-end workflow automation (e.g., CRM → Bot → Dashboard → Email/SMS → Reporting).
- Configure AI agents and automation triggers (e.g., outbound tasks, callback logic).
- Understand the integration process and be able to utilize systems such as CRM (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms, dashboards, and API endpoints.
- Set up knowledge base (KB) configuration and dynamic variables.
- Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) where applicable.
Technical Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop test scenarios (happy path, edge cases, language switch, unsupported language, DND, callback logic).
- Conduct UAT and system validation before production deployment.
- Monitor call status classification accuracy (Interested, Not Interested, SC-Callback, etc.).
- Identify failure points (latency, incorrect tagging, data push errors).
- Ensure conversation summaries are correctly pushed to CRM.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track bot engagement metrics and dashboard analytics.
- Analyze transcripts and call outcomes to improve flow.
- Optimize automation logic for scalability.
- Work closely with DevOps / Engineering for deployment environments (Dev, Staging, Production).
Documentation & Stakeholder Communication
- Document solution architecture and SOW components.
- Prepare demo walkthroughs (data pull → setup → engagement → dashboard).
- Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.
- Provide clear post-implementation summaries and reporting.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Strong prompt engineering for LLM-based systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Conversational AI flow design
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom systems)
- CRM integration understanding (HubSpot preferred)
- API understanding (RESTful APIs, webhooks)
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
- Structured testing methodology (UAT, edge case testing)
Analytical & Business Skills
- Ability to map business use cases into AI workflows
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Experience with automation efficiency and process improvement
- Understanding of call flow behaviour & objection handling logic
- Data-driven optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI callbots or outbound automation systems
- Experience handling multilingual conversational AI
- Experience in performance monitoring dashboards
- Exposure to Dev / Staging / Production environment management
- Background in Product, AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation
Pay: Rs173,000.00 – Rs400,000.00 per month
