Mechanical Design Engineer
KeyMech Designs is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for its Wah Cantt Office. (New City-Phase 2 )
Timings: 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
Days: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical components.
- Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Perform material selection and stress analysis.
- Work with teams on design, prototyping, and manufacturing.
- Manage design documentation in ClickUp.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and costs.
- Support prototyping, testing, and improvements.
- Solve technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in mechanical design (R&D, automation, IoT).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, and GD&T.
- Experience in FEA/CFD simulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Understanding of mechanical systems and prototyping.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sheet metal, plastic molding, machining.
- Experience in IoT enclosures and hardware.
- Hands-on vendor sourcing and coordination.
- Understanding of thermal and vibration analysis.
