A vague news headline here, a confusing government portal there, a WhatsApp forward full of half correct information somewhere in between. By the time most people figure out what they actually qualify for, the deadline’s already close, or worse, already passed.
TopJobNotis exists to fix that gap. This is a place where you can come and actually understand a scheme what it is, who qualifies, what documents you need, and how to apply without wading through jargon or guessing which website is even official.

I mainly write about three things:
- Government Schemes housing programs, financial assistance initiatives, and other public sector support programs, especially ones relevant to Punjab and Pakistan more broadly.
- Scholarships opportunities for students, along with eligibility details and application steps.
- Ehsaas Programs updates and guides related to Pakistan’s Ehsaas social protection initiatives.
The goal with every post is the same: take something that sounds complicated on an official notification, and explain it the way I’d explain it to a friend or a family member who just wants to know if they qualify and what to do next.
How I Actually Put These Together
I’m not a government official, and I don’t work for any of the departments or agencies I write about. What I do is go through the official portals, notifications, and eligibility criteria myself, and turn that into something readable with the actual numbers, categories, and requirements laid out clearly, usually in tables so you can scan them fast instead of reading five paragraphs to find one detail.
If a scheme has confusing eligibility rules or documents that trip people up, I try to flag that directly, because that’s usually the part that actually causes rejected applications.
Where I Stand On Accuracy
Government schemes change. Eligibility criteria get updated, deadlines shift, portals get redesigned. I try to keep articles as current as possible, but I’ll always tell you straight: for anything involving your CNIC, your money, or a legal decision, the official government portal and helpline are the final word, not this blog. I link to them directly in every post for exactly that reason.
If you ever spot something on this site that’s outdated or doesn’t match what’s on the official portal, tell me. I’d genuinely rather fix it than leave incorrect information up.
Why I’m Doing This
Honestly, it started as a way to help my own family and neighbors keep up with schemes they kept missing out on simply because nobody explained them clearly. It turned into this site because I figured if it was useful for the people around me, it’d probably be useful for a lot of other people too.
