TopJobNotis is a website I run to explain government schemes, scholarships, and welfare programs like Ehsaas in plain language, so people don’t have to struggle through confusing official notifications to figure out if they qualify.
I want to be upfront about one thing: this is an independent site. I’m not part the Punjab government, or any department behind the schemes I write about. If you’re applying for something, that application goes through the actual government portal, not through me.
By Using This Site, You’re Agreeing To This
If you’re browsing TopJobNotis, reading articles, or leaving comments, you’re accepting these terms. If something here doesn’t work for you, the simplest thing is to just not use the site no hard feelings.
You should also be old enough, wherever you’re located, to be using a website like this on your own. This isn’t a site built with children in mind.

How Accurate Is Our Content, Really
I try hard to get the details right loan limits, eligibility rules, deadlines, required documents at the time I publish an article. But here’s the honest bit: government schemes shift. Sometimes a portal updates a number, or a deadline moves, and an older article on this site might lag behind that change for a little while.
So treat what you read here as a solid starting point, not the final word. Before you actually apply for anything or hand over documents, double check the current details on the official portal or helpline I always link to those directly in the article for exactly this reason.
Links That Take You Elsewhere
A good chunk of my articles link out to official government sites, because that’s genuinely where you need to go to apply. Once you click one of those links, you’ve left TopJobNotis, and I have no say over what happens on that other website how it looks, how it handles your data, any of it.
Before typing in something sensitive like your CNIC number, just double check you’re actually on the real, official portal. I only link to genuine sources, but it’s smart to verify yourself too.
Ads on This Site
I run ads through Google AdSense, and maybe other ad networks down the line. I don’t personally pick which ad you see, and I’m not responsible for whatever a specific advertiser claims or sells. If you click an ad and something goes wrong on their end, that’s between you and them.
If You Break These Rules
If someone misuses the site spamming comments, trying to scrape content, anything like that I reserve the right to restrict or block access, without needing to give advance notice.
`What I’m Not Liable For
I’m not going to pretend this site is flawless or that it can never be wrong. It’s provided as is. I can’t promise it’ll always be error free, always current to the minute, or available without any hiccups.
If a decision you made based on something you read here doesn’t go the way you hoped say, a scheme detail had changed and an article hadn’t caught up yet I can’t be held responsible for that outcome. That’s exactly why I keep pointing back to official sources throughout every article.
Some places have laws that don’t let a website limit its liability this much, so if that applies to you, the limitation only goes as far as your local law actually allows.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan, and that’s the framework any disagreement about this site would be handled under.
If You Have a Problem With Something
Honestly, just message me first through the Contact Us page. Most things can get sorted out with a normal conversation before anything more formal is needed.
If Part of This Doesn’t Hold Up Legally
If one specific clause in here somehow turns out to be unenforceable, that doesn’t wipe out the rest of the agreement everything else still stands.
And if I don’t act on something once, that doesn’t mean I’ve given up the right to act on it later.
Updates to These Terms
I might tweak this page occasionally maybe the site changes, maybe I just want to word something more clearly. Whenever that happens, I’ll update the date at the top.
If you keep using the site after a change, that means you’re fine with the updated version. If not, the site’s always free to simply stop using.
