Prism Estate & Builders is expanding! We are looking for result-oriented Sales Executives who have a proven track record in the vertical real estate market. If you have the “gift of gab” and a deep understanding of high-rise luxury projects, we want you on our team.

Job Description
– Lead Conversion: Identify and reach out to potential investors for premium high-rise and vertical developments.
– Project Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and deliver compelling presentations on project USPs, floor plans, and ROI.
– Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and overseas clients.
– Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends in Islamabad and the competitive landscape of vertical projects.
– Sales Closing: Guide clients through the documentation, payment plans, and closing process efficiently.
Requirements & Skills
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Real Estate Sales (specifically High-Rise/Vertical projects).
– Communication: Exceptional English and Urdu communication skills; ability to negotiate with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
– Closing Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Networking: Strong existing database of real estate investors is a major plus.
– Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and social media lead management.
